The Curriculum
The college curriculum is designed to: — Provide a strong foundation of basic medical science to build clinical skills. — Create caring physicians with competent diagnostic abilities. — Develop student skills in the application of the traditional naturopathy and yogic treatments with scientific understanding. — Provide the necessary business skills for naturopathy physicians to start their own practice and interact effectively with the corporate world. The academic program is spread over a period of 4 ½ years, plus one year of compulsory residential rotatory internship / housemanship, in the attached 60-bed hospital. The 4 ½ years curriculum includes four parts - I BNYS of 18 months duration and II, III, & IV BNYS of 12 months duration each. By the end of the course, the student becomes a Doctor in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences. The course comprises of the following curriculum:

The Course is a judicious mix of lectures, practical sessions, clinical demonstrations, seminars and workshops. After the successful completion of IV BNYS, the student has to undergo one year of Compulsory Residential Rotatory Internship in various hospitals. Degree will be awarded only after the successful completion of the internship.
Eligibility for Admission
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Course (Academic) or equivalent examination should have obtained the following marks in their qualifying examinations.
- FOR OTHER COMMUNITIES:
- Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology
- FOR BACKWARD CLASSES:
- Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology
- FOR MOST BACKWARD CLASSES / DENOTIFIED COMMUNITIES
- Minimum of 40% marks in aggregate in the Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology
- IV FOR SCHEDULED CASTE AND SCHEDULED TRIBES
- Minimum of 35% marks in aggregate in the Science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology
NOTE:
In the case of candidates, who have furnished the marks sheets of the qualifying examination, only in GRADES the minimum marks of the grades alone will be taken in to consideration while determining the marks in the science subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany and Zoology.

Admission Procedure
Admission is based on the availability of seats and the management reserves the right of admission. A Selection Committee will decide the eligibility of the candidates.
All applications must be made in the prescribed form and must be accompanied by:
- Transfer Certificate issued by the school/college last attended. In case the school is not recognised by the State Government, the TC should be counter-signed by the Chief Education Officer or Block Education Officer.
- Original Marks Card
- Original Birth Certificate from the Corporation / Municipality
- Passport size photographs (5 nos.)

- Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.
- Candidates willing to enrol as resident scholars will be preferred.
- Short-listed candidates will have to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate attested by an authorised physician.

- Per Annum includes, Tuition & Hostel Fees, Uniform Fees, Establishment Charges, Furniture and Management, Sports/College bus fees and Books.
- Per Annum fees is paid at the beginning of every academic year.
- Uniform Fee is included in the Total Fee Per Annum. The following would be supplied as Uniform (Yoga track suits and blazers) and are payable based on actuals.
- Caution Deposit is payable on admission. Adjustments will be made (if required) against this and the balance refunded on exit from the college.
- Mess Advance of Rs. 1,000/- would be charged which is refundable or adjustable. The college serves only vegetarian meals in the college mess.
- Parents must make payments of fees (including deposits etc) only to the college office and obtain a receipt for the same. No fees should be paid to any other person/agent and the college cannot be held responsible/ accountable for any such payments.
- Any Default in Payment of fees can result in suspension from college. If the outstanding persists, the student can be expelled or withheld from participation in college activities. In all such matters the decision of the Principal is final. Any delay in payment of any fees will result in penalty/fine.

- Can serve as a fitness manager in spas, health resorts and health clubs.
- There is a growing demand in academics, clinical practice and research in this field with the establishment of Hospitals and Educational Institutions all over India.
- There is a broad scope for pursuing higher education and research work in this field.
Health Care
The college requires of every student to avail a medical insurance. The college attached to a hospital has its own benefits with qualified consultants available for round-the-clock treatment. Even minor injuries are looked into immediately. The faculty at the Institute consists of teachers who are qualified naturopathy physicians hence students are advised to consult the lecturers for any health concerns. The students are strongly encouraged to undergo Naturopathy and Yoga treatments available at the attached health center for routine health concerns. This helps them to understand and experience the benefits of Nature Cure and Yoga as the main goal is to prevent illness. However, other suitable medical assistance will be given based on the necessity. The students are expected to keep their rooms/dorms hygienic and should strictly maintain their personal hygiene.
